Tony Hunter is a global futurist speaker, food scientist, author and strategic foresight consultant specialising in the future of food and agriculture. He speaks on and advises global food and agricultural companies on the technology and consumer trends shaping this rapidly changing sector. His distinctive combination of scientific qualifications, business experience and detailed understanding of food technologies allow him to deliver a unique perspective on the future of food.

Fertilizer Australia program manager
Day two: sourcing fertiliser and truth in labelling.

Jeff Kraak has a long history in the Australian fertiliser industry in a range of sales, marketing and technical support roles. He has had exposure to industries, such as vegetables, tree crops, sugar cane and grains. Jeff is now a program manager for Fertilizer Australia. His main area of responsibility is to manage the industry's environment and food safety stewardship program Fertcare.

Day two: information automation to grow your knowledge and business.

ABC Software specialises in on-farm and packhouse software solutions. Sharon was raised on a farm in the fruit bowl region of Hawkes' Bay, New Zealand, and began her career in IT in 1983, founding ABC Software in 1996. She understands horticulture and understands software, and is driven to understand the business of her clients. Offering solutions to help growers and packers automate their information and grow efficiencies is what Sharon does best.

Flux Robotics founder
Day three: Farmer-driven R&D – from concept to paddock.

Jordy Kitschke is a serial agtech entrepreneur and farmer who was born and bred in the Mid North of South Australia. Jordy has founded multiple companies and has worked on technologies across several agriculture sectors, including livestock, cropping and horticulture. Flux Robotics is an agtech start-up working on robotic solutions to reduce the reliance of pesticides on-farm.
